Refundable Bookings
If you cancel at least 14 days before your check-in date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
Note: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Bookings
These bookings do not qualify for any refund, regardless of cancellation timing.

Rescheduling Policy
- •Rescheduling is permitted only for refundable bookings, and must be requested at least 14 days in advance.
- •Requests made within 7 days of check-in are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Last-Minute Cancellations
If your booking is made and cancelled within the same 48-hour window, this will still be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and only 75% will be refunded.

Discounted or Offer-Based Bookings
If your booking included any discounts, promo codes, or special offers, any eligible refund will be calculated based on the original (non-discounted) price, not the reduced amount paid.
