Advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Kitchen access is available upon request with an additional charge.

All guests must present valid photo ID proof at check-in.
Full balance payment must be made at the time of check-in. (Note: No reductions will be made from the rates mentioned in your voucher.)
Music or sound systems are permitted only until 10:00 PM to maintain peace.
